This Manchester-based EXPO is aimed at both new and established independent consultants, entrepreneurs, those running social enterprises, and those willing to give it a chance! Based on the Unstukk method, this EXPO is designed to help individuals and their organisation to thrive by building capacity through adaption, using public health principles.
This one-day EXPO will bring together up to 65 delegates from consulting, entrepreneurship, social enterprising backgrounds, across health and care, the voluntary sector organisations, health inequalities, social enterprising, communication, and public health education and promotion, including independent practitioners and consultants, and organisations who wish to utilise consultants to build their capacity.
The day will be split into two halves. The morning session will revisit your pre-work, provided in advance of the day conference. Facilitated by Epidemiologist and Public Health Consultant, Dr Charlotte Hughes Huntley from DrCHHuntley, this exploratory exercise will take you back to the basics of your business or business idea, starting with your who, your what, and your why. During the second half of the day, we will take a deeper dive into business modelling with Director and Principal Consultant at Unstukk Consultancy, Harvey Kennedy-Pitt, who will lead you in some LIVE, rapid-fire troubleshooting that will give you the push you may very well have been waiting for!

In his role as CEO of Black Beetle Health, Harvey implements innovative public health approaches to community engagement, academic research, social wealth development, collective empowerment, and capacity building in order to tackle long-standing health disparities for LGBTQ+ Black and People of Colour.
As an independent public health consultant, Harvey works with people and their organisations to help them build capacity through adaptation, using public health principles.
