This one-day EXPO is designed to help individuals and their organisation to thrive by building capacity through adaptation, using public health principles.
What do you get?
The day will be split into two halves. The morning session will revisit participant pre-work, provided in advance of the day conference and will take you back to the basics of your ‘who’, your ‘what’, and your ‘why’.
The afternoon session will take participants on a rapid-fire, deep dive into consulting business models, methods for engaging clients, troubleshooting, and provide real-world approaches for launching and running a successful consultancy. What are you waiting for?!

What is the EXPO based on? - Based on the Unstukk method, this EXPO is designed to help individuals and their organisation to thrive by building capacity through adaption, using public health principles. Who will be attending? - Up to 65 delegates from consulting, entrepreneurship, social enterprising backgrounds, across health and care, the voluntary sector organisations, health inequalities, social enterprising, communication, and public health education and promotion, including independent practitioners and consultants, and organisations who wish to utilise consultants to build their capacity. How is the day structured? - The morning ... will revisit your pre-work, provided in advance of the day conference. Facilitated by Epidemiologist and Public Health Consultant, Dr Charlotte Hughes Huntley from DrCHHuntley, this exploratory exercise will take you back to the basics of your business or business idea, starting with your who, your what, and your why. The afternoon .... will dive into business modelling with Director and Principal Consultant at Unstukk Consultancy, Harvey Kennedy-Pitt, who will lead you in some LIVE, rapid-fire troubleshooting that will give you the push you may very well have been waiting for!

As an independent public health consultant, Harvey works with people and their organisations to help them build capacity through adaptation, using public health principles.
