Community Health Needs Assessment?

When was the last time your organisation did a

The purpose of a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is to undertake a systematic process to identifying and analysing the health needs and available resources within your target community. This assessment aims to generate evidence-based insights that will inform the planning, prioritisation, and allocation of health services and resources, ultimately supporting efforts to improve health outcomes, reduce disparities, and strengthen community well-being.

This will include a systematic data collection and analysis of any relevant data that can help us to develop informed recommendations to support improvements within and beyond your organisation. In addition, the assessment provides your organisation with valuable insights into the priorities of the communities you serve and better determine what is needed to promote and enhance the overall health and well-being of its members.
